Return & Exchange Policy - Ely Maya
All returns are subject to individual evaluation. Only damaged items are subject to return consideration. In order for an item to be considered for return, you must contact us immediately via email email@example.com upon delivery of the item or within 24 hours of item delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange an item you must pay for shipping via a Priority Mail, Fedex, UPS or any delivery system with a tracking number. Damaged items can be exchanged with item of same description, in this case the shipping of the item replacing damaged item will be at no cost.
Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We pack and ship our products to ensure no damage during shipping. Reimbursements will qualify when the above Return Policy has been met and the item has been returned. Please allow 10 business days to receive a reimbursement after approval of action.
